My shatter turned to wax. Now what?

Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat and humidity, there is a risk that the shatter you ordered will turn to budder by the time you receive it.

Unfortunately, shatter turning to budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter unsafe in any way.

We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder.

Is my delivery information safe?

Yes it is Our ordering page encrypts your entire order with javascript based client side  encoding technology. this implies that a third party is not  able to see your name, address or any messages apart from us .We wont keep any records of names or mailing addresses. after three weeks they will be digitally “shredded”.

How is it shipped and how do you do away with its smell?

Why was my package sent with a “Signature Required”?.

All orders $500+ will be sent with a Signature Required. If you do not want this option, please leave a note with your order saying “No Signature Required, please”.

What happens if I don’t get my package?

You assume full responsibility that the address you provide is valid and will not be of issue for delivery. We ship all orders with tracking, so both parties can see delivery confirmation or exception with reason. In the rare event your cannabis product or weed does not arrive, due to the shipper losing the package, we will reship your order for free. We will not reship for free when the reason is due to the address not being valid. If this were to happen it would be up to the customers discretion to contact the shipping Conpany and redirect the parcel to a valid address.

Are the product images real?

Yes! Product images are taken by us (unless provided by our vendor). Images are not Photoshopped or enhanced.
